| THE PRODUCTS: |
| The main product range is our backWatch (which is our registered trademark)
series of sonar and CCTV reversing aids, which warn the driver of approaching
hazards at the rear of his vehicle. |
| A University of Huddersfield study has concluded that
28% of all commercial vehicles accidents occur while the vehicle is reversing,
at an average repair cost of £468, this is without damage to third
party property or personnel. |
| The study also concluded that 25% of all fatalities
in the working environment were caused by reversing vehicles, the cost
of litigation in these cases can run well into seven figures. |
| The Department of Transport further confirmed these
figures. Our products are designed to alleviate these problems. |
| We pride ourselves on the fact that we engineer our
products to suit the needs of our customers, not just offer only standard
items and the range is currently being utilised on cars, vans, recreation
vehicles (campers), rigid trucks, articulated and draw bar vehicles,
police vehicles, coaches, ambulances, fire engines, refuse collection
vehicles etc. |
| We believe that we are the only company that can offer
such products that are totally interchangeable between tractors and trailers
of articulated and drawbar vehicles. |
| We also have recently introduced a model suitable
for trailers, there being no need for units in the tractor cab. The Netherlands
based company Groenveld offer their Greensight system for this application
at around £700. We believe we have designed a far superior system
which is priced at much less than this. |

| THE COMPANY: |
| The company is a privately owned U.K. registered company, which although
quite a young company, has Directors and staff with a combined international
experience of over 150 years. |
| The formation of the company was to exploit a perceived
niche in safety products for the automotive market, both domestic and
commercial, particularly in the reversing area. |
| A number of products were existing on the market,
all of which were quite complicated, difficult to fit, some were unreliable
and all were expensive. |
| Initially it was envisaged to design a product similar
to those existing in the market place i.e. with a control box, which
both sensors and the main CDU had to be tuned to. However over the development
period, utilising advanced electronics and the skill of our design team,
we evolved a far superior product, which required no control box, all
sensors were pre tuned and all electronics contained in the CDU, which
was safe from weather in the cab of the vehicle. |
| We have invested considerable funds in designing and
manufacturing an extremely reliable product, which can be fitted in about
25% of the time of any competitive product and is competitively priced. |
| Our main manufacturing plant also produces climatic
control units for the automotive industry and just utilising one production
line, on a one shift basis, we have a manufacturing capacity of 6,000
units per month of the sonar reversing aids. This can easily be increased
to satisfy demand. |
